Booking & Cancellation Information
Understand what should be confirmed in writing before committing to travel services.
Last updated: 3 August 2026
1. Before booking
Ask for the total price, currency, payment schedule, validity period, named inclusions and exclusions, supplier conditions, amendment charges and cancellation rules. Do not rely on a verbal summary when written terms are available.
2. Confirmation
An enquiry is not a booking. Confirmation occurs only through the process described in the applicable written offer and after any required payment has been received and acknowledged.
3. Supplier-specific conditions
Hotels, carriers, guides, venues and activity operators may impose separate deadlines and non-refundable amounts. Some services may become non-refundable immediately after confirmation. These conditions should be disclosed before payment.
4. Traveler cancellation
If a traveler asks to cancel, the agency should review the confirmed services, supplier recoverability, administrative work already performed and the written terms. Any refund depends on the applicable agreement and amounts actually recoverable, subject to law.
5. Amendments
Date, name, route, hotel or traveler-count changes may cause new supplier charges or a revised price. A requested amendment is not effective until confirmed.
6. Operational changes
Travel services may need adjustment for safety, weather, access, transport, government action or supplier circumstances. The applicable booking terms should explain how material changes are handled.
7. No payment on this website
This website does not collect funds. Payment instructions, when applicable, must be supplied through the agency’s confirmed booking process. Verify unusual or changed payment instructions using the published contact details.
8. Disputes and records
Keep quotations, confirmations, receipts and written communications. Contact Traveda Travel promptly at info@travedadmc.com with the booking reference and a clear description of the issue.
